China has become a leading supplier of all kinds of products. Its economic growth began with the production of low value goods, but in recent years Chinese companies have become much more sophisticated and they are now also exporting high technology. Nevertheless, some exporting companies do not pay sufficient attention to previously stipulated levels of quality, resulting in significant losses and delays that affect not only the client but also the suppliers’ credibility.
After CHEIC’s experiences in controlling the production process of solar panels, we decided to draw up quality standards in collaboration with Chinese manufacturers from several industries, which they must fulfil in order to export their products to western countries. We have thus worked with Spanish construction companies and Chinese suppliers of construction equipment to be able to export these products to the western market.
Our experience in this area has made us aware of the need to establish these quality controls in almost all fields of industrial supply with both parties – supplier and client – working together to determine the quality standards that will ensure the fulfilment of previously stipulated requirements. CHEIC’s presence, working together with certified companies, is essential to maintain these standards, serving as a connecting link and channel for resolving any type of problem that could arise.
As a result, CHEIC is entirely at the disposal of Chinese suppliers and Western clients to develop jointly and for almost every kind of industry a set of working guidelines and quality standards that will satisfy the interests of both parties.
